Consider sharing this, especially if you know a business owner… 🚨

I was recently made aware that if you hold an LLC, you are required to complete a beneficial ownership report.

This has to be completed by 12-31-24.

For LLC’s created after January 1st, 2024, the report must be completed within 90 days of successful registration.

Failure to do so will result in DAILY fines of $500.

Read that last line again. CRAZY!

Folks, this is a legitimate matter and we have less than 60 days until 12-31-24.

I didn’t want to share incorrect information here, but I believe everything above is accurate.
