The Logan County Court of Justice will be closed on January 26th, 2026 due to inclement weather. The scheduled jury trial, master commissioner’s sale, and all court dockets will be re-noticed for a later date.

At this time, the Logan County Court of Justice will be open tomorrow, 01/06/2025. Depending on road conditions in the morning, the Circuit Court Clerk’s Office may be operating with reduced staff, so please be patient if you need to reach us by phone. Jury orientations scheduled for Tuesday evening (Petit and Grand) and Wednesday morning (District) remain unchanged. Any updates will be posted to this page, as well as reported to WRUS.
