Did you know that there’s a connection between Parkinson’s disease and a product commonly used by farmers?

The herbicide Paraquat has shown to leave those exposed to it 2.5 times more likely to develop Parkinson’s. Farmers, the heart of our local community, have commonly been in contact with Paraquat for years.

Joe has been traveling across the state for monthly meetings of the Attorney General's search warrant task force, serving as the appointed representative of county attorneys. Yesterday's meeting was a quick drive to Bowling Green and he got a chance to speak with local media. Check it out!

On Tuesday, the task force was able to meet on Western’s Campus, where they asked questions and also discussed moving forward.

In addition to our civil practice, we are also proud to represent Logan County and the state of Kentucky as prosecutors. Yesterday the Attorney General announced Joe as the County Attorney representative on the Kentucky Search Warrant Task Force. This task force was created to review and recommend best practices for the search warrant process across the state and hopes to be a model that can be used nationally.

Logan County Attorney Joe Ross has been selected to serve on the Kentucky Attorney General’s Search Warrant Task Force.
