The Russellville Municipal Court is offering any defendant with an outstanding warrant the opportunity to have their warrant settled. Beginning this date until 04/17/2026 any defendant will be afforded this opportunity by following the guidelines listed below. Keep in mind if any defendant does not come forward on a voluntary basis, you will still be subject to arrest if you have any interaction with officers or another agency.
To take care of a warrant with Russellville Municipal Court you must come in person to the office and meet with Lisa Freeman, Court Clerk/Magistrate or Andrea Ricketts, Magistrate, during regular business hours (Monday – Friday 8am – 4pm). Below are the terms you must follow to have your warrant recalled.
GUIDELINES:
Warrants – Can be recalled and a court date scheduled or new payment plan started by paying $200.00 plus warrant fees the $200 will either be applied to an outstanding balance or posted as a cash bond to be applied on the scheduled court date.
Warrant of Arrest (New Charges) – Will be handled on a case-by-case basis and it could be possible to sign an OR (Own Recognizance) bond without having to pay anything at that time.
ALL DEFENDANTS ARE PRESUMED INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY.
WE ONLY ACCEPT CASH, MONEY ORDERS OR CERTIFIED CHECKS ON INDIVIDUALS WHO HAVE ACTIVE WARRANTS.
