"It's not over till it's over."

Tonja's seen a lot of closings in her time, and most hiccups along the way are small, easy fixes you never even hear about. But every once in a while, something happens that you just can't come back from. ๐Ÿ˜ซ

Like the buyer who got their "clear to close," had a date on the calendar, and figured the hard part was done... so they quit their job. Days before signing. Final review caught it, and just like that, the whole deal was gone.
