Some of the most rewarding relationships in real estate are the ones that grow over the years. Congratulations to my good friend Allison Mowery on the successful sale of her home!

I still remember helping Allison purchase her very first home. Since then I've had the privilege of watching her grow into an incredible young woman who continues to make great decisions, invest in herself, further her education and build an amazing career.

Sometimes life gives you an unexpected push toward something even better. When Elizabeth Palmer learned that the long term rental she had been calling home was going to be sold, she suddenly found herself facing a big decision. Nearly 40 years of memories is a lot to pack into one move.
