I have advised many a person : DO NOT necessarily believe , that which you are told by any particular legal professional . There are differences [ differing levels, of legal acumen ] amongst those persons that hold a license , in The State of Michigan. I have faced lawyers , that did not correctly approach the issue(s) - in the context of the subject matter at hand. One fact , or set of facts can change , how the situation / case / circumstances could or should turn out , when properly analyzed , { sometimes requiring some detective work and / or a steadfast approach in obtaining the facts.}
