• 10 private showings
• 10 groups through one open house
• 4 offers received

Strong results don’t begin when the first buyer arrives. They start with thoughtful preparation, strategic pricing + a clear marketing plan.

A well-earned nod to Tom & Lisa for all the work they put into preparing, decluttering + staging their home before we launched. That effort significantly mattered.

We’re now through the inspection & moving on toward closing.
