Summer will be here before you know it! Based on the temperatures in the 90’s this weekend…it will be sooner than later!!
For those of you co- parents out there… under most Texas possession orders, summer possession designations must be made by April 1 (for extended summer possession) and April 15 (for weekend elections).
If you want to customize your summer schedule…it is very important that you send your written notice to the other parent on or before these deadlines. Missing these dates can result in losing your ability to elect your preferred summer periods…or go to the default provisions… in your order…if you have them.
