About Us.
The Law Office of Aubrey L. Morgan, PLLC is a small law firm in Round Rock, Texas which focuses exclusively on family law matters and litigation. Our emphasis is on providing exceptional client service and achieving the best possible case results. With this focus, our practice has seen phenomenal growth in a short period of time.
Aubrey L. Morgan attended the University of Texas at Austin and graduated in 2008 with a Bachelor of Arts in Government, With Honors. From there, Aubrey attended Baylor Law School, where she was bestowed the Dean's Scholarship and graduated in 2013. After working as an Associate Attorney, Aubrey began her own practice in 2017.
The Position.
We are currently hiring a part-time (hourly) Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to work Monday through Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. (lunch hour from 1 to 2 p.m.) at our office in downtown Round Rock. With the right candidate, this position could expand to full-time (32 or 40 hours a week) rather quickly.
Tasks will include answering phones and receiving faxes for the business, greeting clients, some accounts receivable and accounts payable work (related to record-keeping), maintaining client files and creating simple trial and mediation binders, and some errands and/or simple miscellaneous tasks assigned by the attorney or legal assistant.

Education: H.S. Diploma (Required)

License: Driver's License (Required)
Other Requirements: English-language proficiency; ability to ably handle the above tasks with appropriate accommodations, if necessary.
Relevant details.
The hourly rate for this position is commensurate with experience.
