Court Orders Full Reinstatement of DACA!

Based on a recent court decision, effective December 7, 2020, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services (USCIS) is accepting first-time requests for DACA. In addition, USCIS will continue to accept renewal requests based on the terms of the DACA policy in effect prior to September 5, 2017. Any DACA holders who received one-year grants of deferred action and work authorization will have both their grant of deferred action and work authorization extended to two years. Lastly, USCIS will accept applications for advance parole based on the terms of the DACA policy in effect prior to September 5, 2017.
