A native of Roswell, Luke has been representing the people of Southeast New Mexico for the past twenty years. He has tried hundreds of cases in federal and state courts across New Mexico. Luke is dedicated to helping those who have been injured in New Mexico and protecting the rights of all New Mexicans. Luke created the Ragsdale Law Firm in 2005 with the goal of protecting all New Mexicans from injustice.

Luke was born and raised in Roswell, graduating from Goddard High School in 1998. He graduated law school from Texas Tech University and returned to Roswell with his wife, Adriann, in 2005. They have one beautiful daughter who keeps them very busy. Luke and his family love the beauty New Mexico has to offer and they love golfing, skiing, hunting, and fishing together.
