We’re proud to share a little community involvement from this past weekend!

Dan had the opportunity to participate in the 2026 Swim Across America charity swim at Lake Lanier Olympic Park as a Water Safety Volunteer, using his kayak to monitor swimmers and provide assistance when needed.

He was joined in supporting the event by Robin Golivesky of the Law Office of Robin A. Golivesky, who served as a Water Safety Volunteer on her stand-up paddle board, and Hunter Chandler of Speed Seta, who served as a Swim Angel, swimming alongside participants who requested additional support and encouragement.

More than 450 swimmers of all ages and skill levels participated in this year’s event, all helping support an incredible cause.

Funds raised through Swim Across America Atlanta benefit the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta.

We love seeing members of our legal community giving their time to support such a meaningful cause. Way to go, Dan, Robin, Hunter, and everyone who participated!

Today, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As we spend time with family and friends this Memorial Day, may we also take a moment to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave so much.
