⭐Meet Allison Roberts⭐
Allison focuses her practice on estate planning, helping individuals and families create thoughtful and practical plans for the future.
She drafts wills, revocable living trusts, powers of attorney, and other estate planning documents tailored to each client’s goals and family circumstances. Allison particularly enjoys helping parents of young children plan for guardianship, inheritance protection, and long-term family security in a clear and approachable way. She strives to make estate planning as simple and accessible as possible.
Before joining Harriss & Hartman and focusing on estate planning, Allison spent over a decade handling a broad range of civil matters, including employment law, litigation, contract disputes, education law, and healthcare-related administrative proceedings.
Allison earned her Juris Doctor, cm laude, from Mercer University School of Law, where she graduated in the top 10% of her class and served on the Mercer Law Review. She received multiple academic honors, including a full-tuition scholarship. Allison earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Spanish, magna cm laude, from Mercer University.
A longtime community volunteer, Allison has served through local schools, churches, mentoring programs, and nonprofit organizations throughout Georgia and Tennessee. When she is not practicing law, Allison enjoys spending time with her three children and her dog, Otto.
