She has focused her practice on the areas of Personal Injury and No-Fault law since 1998. Denise has been a faculty member and chair of numerous Continuing Legal Education seminars, particularly on the topics of Personal Injury and No-Fault law. She is also a qualified neutral for the American Arbitration Association, and is on the Second District Ethics Committee for the State of Minnesota. Denise is admitted to practice law in the State of Minnesota and the United States District Court, District of Minnesota. She is a member of the Ramsey County and Minnesota State Bar Associations, and Minnesota Association for Justice (formerly the Minnesota Trial Lawyers Associations/MTLA).
