I stopped watching football after Gary Anderson missed that field goal for the Vikings back in the 90s, but damn, CONGRATS to the Eagles for their amazing Superbowl win! I didn't really have a team I was cheering for but found myself cheering for them throughout the game because they were freaking awesome! I also couldn't help think how young these players were. I'm getting old. 😭😭😭

Credit scores are crucial for home buying. Concerned that your score is lower than required? Thankfully there are ways to increase your score so that you can at least meet the minimum required to buy a home. The minimum score required for FHA loans is 580, and for conventional loans is 620. Of course if you can get your score to be 680+, you will be in a better position as far as rates and pmi/mip goes.
