This beautiful newbuild in Natomas came on the market on 09/20/22 for $711,086. I was able to negotiate with the builder to lower the price to $525,000 and $10,000 towards closing cost for rate buy down. This house appraised for $650k 😲. As average interest hits 4 month low of 6.07% today, many buyers are re-entering the market. Prices have drop 15-20% since hitting all-time highs in 2022. With creative financing, (e.g., rate buy-downs, ARM products and sellers paying for closing cost), it may make sense for you to jump in the market like this investor did.
