Here is an appeal I recently won-involving broker's fees on a commercial property--nice case and one more appeal to win this year

A commercial landlord and property manager must pay $1.7 million to a brokerage firm, despite their claims that it was not the one who landed Green Thumb Industries as a tenant, a New Jersey appeals court ruled, saying that was not the deal the parties signed.

So Meta and YouTube were hit for negligence for harming young kids with their systems and postings--The question is -how far does the First Amendment go and how much are entities responsible for influencing others with their content? I bet the US Supreme Court will weigh in eventually.

A jury found the companies harmed a young user with design features that were addictive and led to her mental health distress.

So the New Jersey US Attorneys Office, which was one of the best in the country, has been devastated by resignations, because the Trump. DOJ has become a toxic place to work. It's so bad that there are not enough experienced lawyers left to prosecute criminal cases. This is a tragedy of monumental proportions. When a strength becomes a weakness, its time to think twice about. what is happening and why.

So tariffs were stricken down by the Supreme Court. This is no surprise. Tariffs are taxes, and taxes can only be levied by Congress, not by the president by way of the Constitution. Nothing Trump can say or do will stop this. The Question is will the billions that have been collected be returned to the parties they were collected from.  America is a democracy; not a monarchy which the founders sought so hard to protect us from.
