ANOTHER HARD FOUGHT VICTORY!!!

Last week justice was done on behalf of another one of our satisfied clients.

At the conclusion of the trial, a Suffolk County jury returned a verdict awarding my client $125,000.00 for past pain and suffering resulting from the herniated discs he suffered when he was rear-ended by the defendant.

Once again, we got the jury to see though GEICO’s bu****it position that my client’s injuries were all just “pre-existing wear and tear…”, and not caused by their driver’s negligence.

Justice was served when the jury saw though the defense’s transparent, pathetic attempt to avoid accountability for their negligence.

Their last insulting offer prior to jury selection was $15,000.00.

My favorite part of my job is fighting for the underdog and separating insurance companies from their money at the same time!
