Grief doesn't follow a schedule, and it certainly doesn't have an expiration date.

Some days, it feels impossibly heavy. Other days, you may find moments of peace. Both can exist at the same time, and both are a natural part of healing.

Today is a gentle reminder to check in on someone you care about. A simple text, phone call, or "I'm thinking of you" can mean more than you realize. You never truly know what someone may be carrying.

If you're grieving today, know that your feelings are valid. There is no right or wrong way to grieve, and there is no timeline you have to follow.

Take a moment today to reach out to a friend, family member, neighbor, or anyone who may need a little extra kindness. Sometimes, just knowing someone cares can make all the difference. ❤️
