🎄🔧 ROGC Maintenance Team Christmas Party 🔧🎄

Our ROGC Maintenance Team Christmas Party was held today, and allowed us to celebrate an incredible group of professionals who keep our communities running smoothly year-round. The afternoon included a festive luncheon with a traditional holiday catered meal, along with Christmas gifts for all attendees. 🎁

The celebration was hosted at Silverleaf Apartments LLC, the newest addition to the Rolling Oaks Group of Companies’ portfolio. Held in Silverleaf’s expansive Recreation Lounge, team members enjoyed arcade games, recreational sports, and a tour of the property’s campus.

Our Maintenance Team plays a vital role across the Rolling Oaks Group of Companies—including properties managed by Rolling Oaks Hospitality and Affiniti Management Services. Your dedication, expertise, and hard work make a meaningful difference every single day.

This week we gathered for our Maintenance Team meeting—though it was more of a celebration! 🎉 With cake, ice cream, and great door prizes (thanks to our vendor partner, Lowe’s!), it was a fun time together at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Springfield-Medical District.

This is the team that has handled over 14,000 work orders year-to-date across all Rolling Oaks Group of Companies properties combined. 🔧💪 Their dedication keeps everything running smoothly—including those managed by Rolling Oaks Hospitality and Affiniti Management Services.
