The 2026 Founders Day Festival is happening Saturday, May 16, and it’s shaping up to be such a fun day for the whole family. ❤️

You can start the morning strolling through Downtown Rockwall with the Farmers Market from 8 AM–12 PM, then enjoy the Wine Walk from 12 PM–4 PM. 🍷🛍️

Then head over to Harry Myers Park from 1 PM–9:30 PM for:
✨ Live music
✨ Bounce houses
✨ Vendor market
✨ Food vendors
✨ Live animal shows
✨ Family-friendly fun all day long

And the concert lineup looks amazing this year 👏

I have been a huge Prince fan since I was in high school. The last concert I saw him in was Sept 2004 in Portland and the tickets were a Mother’s Day gift. I was so excited to learn that the Prince cover band was playing at the Dallas Arboretum and had to get tickets. Thanks to John and Andrew and Laura for going along with me. I know it wasn’t as exciting for them but for me, I was in pure bliss and they were great sports.
