The past 12 months have been interesting and challenging no doubt. It took a long time to find the silver lining during a pandemic as I watched vacant home staging requests decline. And then I began to receive an increase in interior and renovation design requests. PCL is so excited about this transition and expansion of services. Ready! Set! Stage! Sharing photos from my latest staging in black and white to direct the focus on textures, patterns, and the entire space. If not balanced, color can be distracting and overpowering at times. It can ALSO be the difference between making a space so enticing that you don't want to leave. It's like being in love.🥰 Color is a useful tool in all design because it has the power to conjure up emotions that cause you to act. And that is what we all want ... A space that motivates and satisfies. The psychology of color is real people.

Love it when a realtor or client wants me to erase history on a limited budget. 🤔 Fact, with the right color choices, decor, and lighting, you can fall in love with a room you thought was hopeless. Another staging challenge added to the favorite list. So happy the client were "ecstatic".

Staged to sell in 5 days! Multiple offers. WAIT! It gets better. When you contact your client to say you saw the listing online ... the pics look beautiful ... ASKED, can I market your listing on multiple social media platforms and they respond with ...
"Good morning. Yes it does! You did a wonderful job staging the home, thank you. I’ve had a lot of showings in the last day and received a ... 🤫🙊 (sworn to secrecy) offer. The property will probably be under contract around noon today. But you’re more then welcome to post it if you like."
