I'm presenting with colleagues for the Bar Association of Montgomery County, Maryland, on the recent changes in the Supreme Court's holdings to US Constitutional laws, significantly impacting schools and students of all ages. There have been several noteworthy cases handed down in recent years by the Court covering everything from free speech to freedom of religion to discipline and the Internet.
