Responding to numerous complaints by purchasers of vehicles from Vroom Automotive, and other online vehicle sellers who contract out title processing and fail to deliver title on time, leaving customers with expired temporary tags and no permanent tags, thus unable to drive legally, in many US states. After trial, the court ruled in favor of our client, the personal representative of an estate, where transfers of assets to a relative while the decedent was in decline were found to have been unauthorized and fraudulent. The ruling caused the assets, including interests in real estate and financial accounts, to be returned to the estate. Case No. 398672-V, CCMC
