Feeling hopeful about travel bans being lifted, but expect to still see delays in issuing visas for applicants that are abroad due to limited embassy appointments.

Travelers who provide proof that they are fully vaccinated against the coronavirus before boarding a flight will be able to fly to the United States.

With over two decades of combined immigration law experience, we know that building a wall and committing human rights violations in Mexico are not going to curb illegal immigration. It also doesn't help the American Economy to ignore immigrants who have lived in the United States for years, paid taxes and are part of the social fabric of our communities. We need a common sense solution. We need Congress to act.

USCIS will reschedule individuals who had appointments on Jan. 19 and 20 and send them notices with their new appointment dates. The USCIS website and USCIS Contact Center will remain available for information, case status updates, and other online tools and resources.
