In a response to a motion submitted by Attorney Jonathan Golden on January 4, 2026, the Immigration Court in Detroit, Michigan granted the $10,000 bond just as requested during our client's Master Hearing. The very next day, bond was posted and our client returned to our community. Friends and family, who were eager to see him home, played an important role in his homecoming which should not be understated. Our client has resided and worked here for the past 30 years. He is well respected and sought after in his line of work.
