Our office is assessing travel conditions this morning. The Coosa County Courthouse is closed due to hazardous travel conditions with major ice forming on roadways in our county. We will delay opening until 10:00 am to give the roadways an opportunity to clear. Our office will reevaluate closer to 10:00 am. Thanks for you patience as we prioritize the safety of our staff and clients this morning!

Our office is currently without power due to the storms overnight and early morning. Please be patient with us. Our lawyers are in court in other counties today, and our office staff is unable to answer phones due to the power outage. We plan to open our office as soon as power is restored.

MEET OUR NEWEST MBW LAW, LLC FIRM MEMBER 🌟

If you have called our office in the last few months, you have probably spoken to Rayley Waites. Rayley currently works as legal assistant to Mallory B. Whitley. Rayley is responsible for client intake, file maintenance, drafting documents, and numerous other tasks.

Rayley is a Coosa County native, and she is excited to be serving the citizens of her home county and surrounding areas with their legal needs here at MBW LAW, LLC. Rayley’s favorite part of her job is talking with clients and helping them feel at ease even when dealing with various legal issues.
