Steven Procaccini and PLG making the news with a ground breaking legal win. While we are very proud of this accomplishment, it does not change the fact that a life was lost and a family have suffered as a result of pure negligence. A Nursing Home that they trusted to look after their loved one failed them miserably. The system is broken. This is one tiny step towards accountability.
