This beautiful home CLOSED today, and this one was extra special! ❤️

I had the privilege of helping my sweet seller purchase this home, and now, years later, I’ve had the honor of helping her sell it as she begins an exciting new chapter out of state.

And what better way to celebrate a closing than on her birthday! 🎉🏡🥂

This beauty is under contract. Stay tuned for progression of build. This home went under contract at a rate of 4.99 percent. The difference is amazing from a higher rate to this. What you get at a higher rate is not even close to this.

There is something about new construction that I love. My buyers and I just had our first builder meeting. They will be starting to build in the next couple of weeks. A lot goes into it.
I have sold a lot of new construction. This is my first experience with Davidson homes in Belmont NC. Thus far they have not disappointed me.
I will be posting the progress along the way. The first few weeks is always a slow start. Plans, permits etc.

I have a happy buyer!! ☀️
I was able to negotiate a new roof due to extensive hail damage! I could see the damage zooming in with my phone. Our home inspector confirmed it. I suggested they call their insurance company and they did. It paid for a new roof.
I could go on and on. I am a real estate puzzle master.
I received a beautiful card. That card reminded me of how much I love what I do. The long term friendships I make is the best part ever.

We closed on this cute home! Happy buyers!!! 🎉🎈🏡

A huge thank you to Matt Krasnoff. He set up my clients in a grant program. They were able to get a 5.875 rate!
In addition they received 17k in closing costs and down payment money. The buyers out of pocket was only $350
This is one of the many reasons I love my job!!

A long time ago I sold his sister a home, years later mom and dad. It took a lot of planning and we were able to make it happen!! They finally moved from Colorado. These are two of the nicest people. Congrats Lukasz and Andrea!!!
