Rochester Police Department (RPD) values the safety of all members of our community, and we want to make you aware of a spike in drug overdoses. This morning alone, officers responded to three overdoses:

• 30-year-old male in SW Rochester
• 23-year-old male in SE Rochester
• 31-year-old male in NW Rochester

Just two days earlier on October 24, a 15-year-old female overdosed in NW Rochester.

He**in and fentanyl are suspected in these cases. Naloxone, a medication used to reverse an opioid overdose, was administered to each person, and they all survived.
