Ever thought about taking a risk that seemed a bit crazy? Well, that’s exactly the first investment in a self-storage facility. I moved fast - contract in 24 hours and closed in 30 days. It was a whirlwind but I took ACTION!

Let me tell you how I stepped into this unexpected investment.

Many assume real estate investment starts with buying a house as your first investment. But my first big move was different. I invested in a $1.5 million self-storage facility, a deal brought by a lender familiar with the property. The owner was a widow, reachable only during certain months.
