Since Dunlap Seeger’s subsidiary company, Title Services, Inc. (TSI), was launched in 1998, it has become a leading resource for southern Minnesota businesses, developers and financial institutions that need help navigating complex real estate transactions.

Now, TSI is re-introducing itself and strengthening its brand identity with a new website and logo launched earlier this month:

Title Services Inc. has evolved from a small piece of Dunlap Seeger’s business when it was launched to a major growth area in the past few years. In 2024, TSI served hundreds of clients on transactions across Rochester, Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

Our Legal Assistants and Administrative Assistants are some of the best in the biz and we can't thank them enough today (and everyday) for everything they do to keep this firm full speed ahead!

Today we celebrated all of them with an amazing breakfast and delightful lunch, as well as some sweet office decor to make them feel appreciated and loved. This is the least we could do for such an amazing group of people!

THANK YOU to all of the administrative staff out there! You are a pivotal piece in making sure any office runs smoothly!

That’s 10,000 fewer plastic bottles in landfills and oceans, and one giant step toward making our firm a little greener. 🌱♻️

Next up in our attorney feature is Joshua Wold! 🥳

Joshua has been practicing law for over five years. His practice includes both litigation and transactional work, in which he helps businesses and business owners solve a variety of problems relating to organization, ownership, real estate, contracting, trademarks, and compliance.

Before entering law school, Joshua earned his Bachelor of Arts degree at St. Olaf College. He then received his Juris Doctor from the University of Minnesota Law School, magna cm laude. While at law school, Joshua was the Lead Managing Editor of the Journal of Law, Science and Technology.

This week we would like to feature Greg Giffiths in our get to know our attorney's series. 🥳

Greg provides more than 32 years of experience practicing law and represents businesses of all sizes, as well as nonprofit corporations and local government entities on employment and labor law matters. Greg advises clients in all aspects of employment law including hiring issues, compliance with state and federal law, employment contracts and severance agreements, discipline and discharge issues and on the prevention of employment law claims. Greg routinely represents his clients in the litigation of employment claims in state and federal court, as well as in administrative agency actions including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the Minnesota Department of Human Rights, the Minnesota Department of Labor and the National Labor Relations Board. Greg is a Shareholder with Dunlap Seeger.

Greg is a graduate of Hamline University School of Law, Juris Doctor and a graduate of St. Norbert College, cm laude, with a Bachelor of Arts degree. Greg is currently a board director for Zumbro Valley Health Center and the United Way of Olmsted County and has served as a board director for numerous community organizations including the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce, Rochester Catholic Schools, Lourdes Foundation, Families First of Southern Minnesota and Channel One Regional Food Bank.

In his spare time, Greg enjoys snowboarding and skiing, walking, hiking, biking, camping and traveling.

The great Minnesota get together is quickly coming to a close! We did a little of our own celebrating last week with a Minnesota State Fair theme highlighting some fresh popped popcorn, freshly baked cookies, and some confetti bars. We also had our team embark on a Minnesota State Fair Trivia game! Did you know that Sweet Martha's Cookie Jar produces 3 million cookies in one day?!🤯
