Rick is an extremely experienced criminal defense lawyer who has handled hundreds of DWI felony and misdemeanor cases. Rick served as prosecutor for nearly 17 years with the Monroe County District Attorney’s Office, including 4 years as Chief of the DWI Bureau from 1999-2003. ng and investigative role with command and patrol staffs of regional law enforcement agencies.
