In a changing market, patience and strategy matter.

This one took a little bit of both.

The road to under contract wasn’t perfectly straight. We had to pay attention to what the market was telling us, make adjustments along the way, roll with a few punches, and stay focused on the end goal.

🏡 UNDER CONTRACT | OFF-MARKET | PEABODY, MA 🏡

This one hits a little differently.

Sometimes real estate starts with a listing or a showing. Other times, it starts with a friend going through a life change and asking, “Can you help me figure this out?”

I’m incredibly grateful to have been trusted with that call.

We were able to work through the options, put together an off-market deal that made sense, and create a path forward without ever bringing the property to the open market. There have been plenty of moving pieces behind the scenes, but we officially have this one under contract. 🙌

And getting to do it in Peabody makes it that much more meaningful to me.

It’s been almost a decade since I moved away, but Peabody will always be home. It’s where I grew up, where so many of my relationships started, and a place that will always hold a special place in my life. Being able to come back and help a friend navigate an important transition here is pretty damn rewarding.

Real estate isn't always about finding the prettiest house or putting a sign in the yard. Sometimes it's simply about being someone people trust when life changes, and they need to figure out what comes next.

🔥 WHAT. A. WEEK. 🔥

This past week was a real test; arguably one of the busiest stretches I’ve had in my career, and I’m genuinely grateful for every second of it. 🙏

Two properties are officially under contract:

Different properties. Different stories. Different challenges. But the same thing sits at the center of both: clients trusting me to guide the process, and a network of people working together to get things done. 💪

There were a lot of moving parts, a lot of conversations, and plenty happening behind the scenes. Weeks like this remind me how much the relationships and foundation I've built over the years matter. I don’t take any of it for granted.
