Congrats to the new buyers and now Crosswicks residents. This was an exciting process with a lot of ups and downs but thankful it all worked out for buyers and sellers. A lot of history in this 250 year old home and happy for the new owners to continue its legacy. Great working with Tim Crew from EXP Real Estate on this project. Home #3 of 4 on the block now closed. One more to go next month as we wrap up construction on the new build. Very exciting times for these 4 families as new neighbors and making new memories together.
