Let's gather at Twisted Track Brewpub this Friday 10/22-5PM to celebrate the release of Matt Klumpp's Low-Alcohol beer named "Ginger Juice". This beer was the winner of the guild's NA/LA beer competition using Fermentis LA-01 yeast. LA-01 yeast only assimilates simple sugars thus capping alcohol production. A 1 bbl batch was recently brewed by Matt on the Twisted Track pilot system.
