While Greene Realty primarily represents both buyers and sellers in all types of real estate transactions, we also engage in rental property management (under Small Town Rentals, LLC) and home purchase and renovation for resale (under Small Town Houses, LLC). Amber has over 15 years of both personal and professional experience in the real estate arena. Kevin Greene is a Real Estate Broker who focuses on running Small Town Rentals and Small Town Houses and manages the employees of those companies. Brette McGuire is a Real Estate Broker who teams up with Amber to represent Greene Realty's buyers and sellers. Together, they are the Greene-McGuire Team and reached over $17 million in sales in 2022.
