Your financial history needs to stay stable during the loan process. Changing banks can be a red flag and can delay your home loan. Anything to do with your finances or credit, it’s best to avoid and if you have any questions if you should or shouldn’t be doing something during the loan process call your home financing team! They would much rather answer your questions than jeopardize your loan.
