Congratulations to me (acres of raw land) It already has access to county water and has successfully undergone perk testing. It's a fantastic location!
I don't know yet, but we plan to convert this into a recreational facility. Or Build Mini Golf, Batting Cages and Go-Karts would be nice. Kids need something to do out there!!!! Or wait until its value by three to five times its original price.
