I am happy to report that most of our client reviews are BACK on our Google Listing. It took about 10 phone calls, 15 emails and 3 weeks of effort.

For any clients (including people who refer friends and family to us) who haven't left us a review, please Google our name. We'll pop up on Google, Yelp, Lawyers.com, Avvo.com, etc. (and even here on our FB Page). Positive 5-star Reviews are priceless to my office & appreciated more than you will ever know.

So ironic that this problem was fixed on the very day I finally posted here on Facebook about it.

Our main office is in Riverside, but reviews can be left at our other location in Orange, etc. as well. If there is any reason why you think we haven't earned a 5-star review, please contact us so that we can make it right. Thank you again for your continued support.

Marketing in the modern world is brutal: Google recently deleted my Google business listing for our primary location (3950 Pierce Street, Suite J, Riverside, CA 92505). I have been practicing law on Pierce street for about a decade. It was probably down for a few weeks before I noticed. I still don't know why it was removed. I have been struggling to reach the right Google "support" people (for weeks) to get it reinstated and to demonstrate that we are, in fact, a brick & mortar business. The listing has now been reinstated, but without my hard-earned, 30-40 positive reviews.

I am fighting to get all of my 5-star reviews to reappear. This is a HUGE DEAL for my office and is harming me every day. Social proof is what let's potential clients know that we can be trusted and that we will get the job done right. People rely on those reviews and, as I mentioned, they weren't earned quickly or easily.

As much as I would love for former clients and fans to leave a few new reviews now, it is hard to understate the value of the lost, AGED reviews which indicate how long we've been doing this and how positive our track record has been. If anyone can help or has some insights, please share. Google us. We now appear like a brand new business with Zero Reviews and, to make matters worse, don't have much of a ranking in local search results.

"Dig deep" when you buy your auto insurance. Go with a quality insurance company and purchase the right levels of coverage.

A surprising number of drivers are Uninsured. Of those who are insured, many are driving Underinsured, carrying only the minimum policies required under CA law: $15k max per person/$30k max per accident (bodily injury), with only $5k in property damage coverage.

Good Info. *I would add that (if someone was injured), you should contact an experienced Personal Injury Attorney, even before speaking with the insurance companies. We approach things differently than those who represent themselves. For example, we generally refuse requests for our clients to give recorded statements, etc. Avoid the traps and let your lawyer control the conversation.
