No arriesgues tu dinero 💸

¿Crees que no calificas para un préstamo y estás considerando financiamiento por el dueño?

Antes de entregar miles de dólares, conoce tus opciones y entiende exactamente qué estás firmando.

👀 No todos los contratos son iguales y el financiamiento por el dueño no necesariamente es una mala opción.
El problema es firmar sin entender los términos y los riesgos.

Financiamiento de dueño a dueño? No todos los contratos son iguales y no significa que sea una mala opción. Pero antes de entregar miles de dólares, asegúrate de entender los términos y los riesgos de este tipo de transacción.

Fall in New Mexico is one of my favorite times of year. Cooler mornings, green chile, and plenty of pumpkin patches to choose from around Albuquerque and Rio Rancho.
