If you decide to hire us, a fee arrangement is discussed up front. There is no “guessing” as to what your fee might be for our services. We are conveniently located near the Catoosa County Courthouse in historic downtown Ringgold, Georgia. Cathey is available to practice in all courts throughout Northwest Georgia, including Catoosa, Walker, Dade, and Whitfield counties and is licensed to practice in all Federal, State and Municipal Courts in the State of Georgia. UPDATE: By Executive Order of Georgia Governor Brian Kemp, notarial services, typically requiring the in person witness of a signature, may temporarily be facilitated by the use of "real-time audio-visual communication technology... that allows the parties to communicate with each other simultaneously by sight and sound" for the duration of the current Public Health State of Emergency. Should you require such services and otherwise be unable to locate a Notary Public or simply feel uncomfortable with an in person signature, please contact me or my staff at 706-935-8200 and we will assist you. These services are complimentary and available to anyone, regardless of whether the document is necessary for litigation being handled by this office.
