We are pleased to welcome Patrick McCraney to the team at Randall Segrest PLLC.

With more than 25 years of experience, Patrick brings a nationally recognized real estate and corporate practice, advising owners, developers and syndicators across the multifamily, senior housing, office, industrial, and retail sectors. His background includes private equity–backed real estate development, general counsel and board-level leadership to emerging growth companies and complex transactional work.

Patrick’s decision to join Randall Segrest is a meaningful reunion, as he previously worked alongside Paul Randall and Andy Segrest early in their careers. We are excited to welcome him back and look forward to the depth of experience and perspective he brings to our clients and firm.

Freedom Is Not Free. Memorial Day is observed on the last Monday of May. It is a day to honor and remember the men and women who have died while serving in the U.S. Armed Forces. The phrase "freedom is not free" is a common expression on Memorial Day, reminding us that the freedoms we enjoy come at a great cost, paid for by the sacrifices of those who served and by extension, those who loved them. It's a day to reflect on the true meaning of freedom. It is hard to believe summer 🏊🍉🏖 is coming to an end and our Summer Clerk Houston Cobb is returning to his Sophomore year 🎓✏️🔬 at The University of Alabama.
