A great day at Topgolf in Richmond supporting a great cause!

Elizabeth Chapman, Alyssa Carducci Dangler, Allison Domson and Lauren Nowlin attended this year’s annual housing charity fundraiser hosted by Virginia Housing, which raised thousands of dollars for emergency homeless shelters, support agencies and Habitat for Humanity chapters across Virginia.

In recognition of Memorial Day, our attorneys and summer associates were honored to participate in a virtual pro bono Discharge Upgrade Clinic in partnership with The Veterans Consortium Pro Bono Program.

Held via Zoom, the clinic supported twelve veterans who received discharge from service due to circumstances beyond their control. Through intake interviews, we helped initiate steps that may restore access to critical benefits, including VA healthcare and the GI Bill. Many of these veterans are not only deserving of these benefits but are also among those most in need.

We are grateful for the opportunity to contribute to this important work and to stand alongside those who have served.
