Are you aware that the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office as well as other law enforcement agencies and the Fort Bend County District Attorney's Office will run a no refusal operation over this holiday weekend? They will work together to obtain a blood sample from a person suspected of drinking and driving. Prosecutors will swiftly write warrants to obtain these samples.

As an update to my practice, we remain in Fort Bend County's "Stay Home - Work Safe" order and our staff is continuing to work, mostly remotely.
