A few words about the VIRUS and ME:
Although courts in VA are closed for most cases, civil and criminal, until April 26, my office continues to function. Yes, I am spending most of the day at home where I receive e mails, phone and face time calls from clients. I have 24-7 hard working reception which will call and text me whenever I am needed. For those who will require a face to face meeting, I can see them by appointment at my office;. meeting with an attorney falls into the "essential business " category allowed to
function. So, if you need an attorney for defense of a DUI or Traffic Violation charge, or because you have been injured,
my phone is still ; (804) 355-1842,

PLESE remember to abide by all the advice of the official Federal and State health agencies. Look out for each other and especially give our health care providers your full support.
ALSO, remember those in the bar and restaurant business by ordering take when you can. I was in that world when younger and know how tight living can be when things get slow.
Joe McGrath represented me excellently in my 2nd Offense DUI. He was honest and up front about all aspects of the case, and even after the judgement, continues to follow up to ensure that all aspects of the case are executed correctly.
