Father’s Day after divorce can bring up a lot of emotions.
You might be helping your children celebrate someone who hurt you.
You might be grateful for a great co-parent.
You might be carrying most of the parenting responsibilities while watching others celebrate involved fathers.
You might be feeling relieved, sad, hopeful, frustrated—or all of the above.
The truth is, Father’s Day doesn’t have to feel one specific way.
