Before entering private practice he was a prosecutor serving Richmond and Berea, Kentucky. He is an experienced negotiator but has also successfully tried criminal and civil cases to jury verdicts. His criminal trials have ranged from traffic matters to murder charges and civil cases have included car and truck wrecks, slip and falls, property line disputes, and more. He is a past president of the Madison County Bar Association. He is an appointed member of the Richmond City Ethics Commission.

There is an effort afoot to place countywide alcohol sales on the May 2023 ballot in Madison County which our office is assisting.

If you would like to sign the petition visit alcoholvote.com or scan the QR code. Any voter over 18 who lives in Richmond City, Berea City, or Madison County can sign.
