What a morning!
On April 16th, Stephanie Clarke Davis, Ghizal Miri, Susan Headrick, and Constance Scott from Showalter, Colgin and Davis, PLLC attended the Women in Business Luncheon hosted by the Central Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce at the Rosenberg Civic Center.
The theme was "Lead Boldly, Live Authentically," and the speakers delivered exactly that. J Franco of FIMM Agency challenged the room to show up authentically and remember that belonging starts from within. Ashley Baxter of Mission Forward Consulting followed with a keynote on leading from a place of wholeness that had everyone taking notes.
Two lines we are still thinking about:
"Make sure your yes is worth the less."
"You don't need more time, you need more intention."
